RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase we gladly accept returns & exchanges within 10 days of receipt on items that are in original condition (undamaged, unaltered, unworn) brand new, tags attached. After 10 days no refunds and exchanges can be provided due to high demand and limited quantity of products. Earrings are final sale due to hygiene. All Clearance, Vintage Closet items, and earrings are non-refundable.
Please note any item purchased from out ‘VINTAGE’ closet is Final Sale. Vintage Closet items are generally pre-loved and not new. No exchanges or returns offered. We make sure to describe items as best as possible by providing pictures and measurements.
Once we receive the item(s) please allow 3-7 days for processing of the return/exchange. Do not hesitate to email us to email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns. We would be happy to help.
*We reserve the right to deny a refund, partial refund, or an exchange based on the item(s) returned condition
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning or exchanging an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing the item(s) in order to expedite the process.
The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges, and/or returns. Including:
- Items being sent back for exchange or return.
- orders were lost in the mail due to incorrect address
- unclaimed, unreceived packages when there has been valid proof of delivery.
- Packages refused upon delivery.
